Megan Leann Holden

Megan was a beautiful and vibrant young lady. She always had a way of saying what was on her mind. Whatever it was she said it or did it. She was true to herself all of her life. She stayed out of things that she knew were bad for her and wanted a life she could be proud of. She wanted to become an independent adult, and that is where she was when her life was taken.

I know Megan is in Heaven because she knew the Lord in her heart. Megan loved her family and they all meant a lot to her. She always liked spending time with her niece and nephew, and was very proud of them.

Megan tried to see people for who they were. She didn’t understand why people where judged by society for their color of skin or status. She felt that everyone should have the same chance to be what they wanted to be and be who they wanted to be.

I chose this song for her web site because it fit exactly how I feel. If I did not have the hope to see her again someday I do not think I could get though each day. Megan will always be remembered as a good person and a wonderful daughter.

I also want to say thank you so much to anyone and everyone who contacted us during that time. As I read the emails they touched my heart. Thank you for the memorials and honors that were done in her name.
